Shipping & Delivery Policy

At NutraCore®, we are committed to delivering your supplements quickly and reliably. This policy outlines our shipping timelines, delivery options, and regional coverage.
1. Order Processing Time
All standard delivery orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- All express delivery orders are processed within 1 hour from the time payment is confirmed.
Standard delivery orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed on the following business day.
- Express delivery orders placed after 8:00 PM IST will be processed on the following business day.
2. Delivery Options & Timelines
A. Standard & Expedited Delivery (Pan-India)
We ship via leading courier partners like Amazon Shipping, Delhivery, DTDC, etc.
Standard delivery: 3–5 business days for most regions within India.
Expedited shipping options (1–2 days) are available at checkout based on your pin code.
B. NutraCore® 2-Hour Express Delivery (Hyderabad Only)
Available only within a 20 KM radius from our Hyderabad stores.
Orders must be prepaid only (no COD).
Valid for orders placed between 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST.
Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be delivered within 2 hours of the next business day's opening window (from 10:00 AM onward).
You will be notified if your address qualifies during checkout.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.
Free shipping is available on orders above a specified value (as mentioned on our website).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with a tracking number.
You can track the order via our website or the shipping partner's tracking link.
5. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within India.
International shipping is not available at this time.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted delivery zones.
6. Address Accuracy & Changes
Please verify your shipping address at checkout.
We cannot modify the shipping address once the order is confirmed and processed.
7. Delivery Delays & Exceptions
Delays may occur due to courier issues, bad weather, or regional restrictions.
NutraCore® is not liable for delays caused by the shipping provider or due to incorrect addresses submitted by customers.
8. Delivery Failures & Reattempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, a re-delivery or reshipping fee may apply.
For refused or returned shipments, refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.
