Terms & Conditions Explained
We want the NC Partner Network to be fair and transparent.
Here’s everything you need to know in short, clear points.
1. How You Earn
You earn commission whenever your partner code is successfully used at checkout.
If the code is missing, incorrect, or removed, the order won’t count.
Commission percentages and payout timelines may be updated by NutraCore from time to time.
2. Who Can Join
Only verified fitness trainers, gym owners, coaches, and fitness creators are eligible for the NC Partner Program.
Every application is reviewed by the NutraCore team, and accounts that do not meet the guidelines may be rejected or removed.
3. When a Commission Becomes Valid
A commission is counted only when the customer order is completed (not cancelled or refunded), the partner code is correctly applied, the customer uses a unique mobile number, address, and UPI ID, and the order passes all fraud checks.
If any eligibility condition is not met, the commission will not be paid.
4. Fraud Prevention
To maintain fairness, NutraCore does not allow placing orders using your own number, address, or UPI; creating fake or duplicate customer accounts; misusing first-order bonuses; or making misleading claims in NutraCore’s name.
Any suspicious or unusual activity may lead to withheld commissions or removal from the program.
5. Liability
NutraCore is not responsible for loss of earnings, business, reputation, or any indirect or future losses.
Only liabilities that must be covered under Indian law are applicable.
6. Updates to the Program
NutraCore may modify or update the program rules at any time.
By continuing as an NC Partner, you automatically accept the updated terms.
7. Removal from the Program
Partners may be removed for rule violations, suspected fraud, misuse of NutraCore branding, harmful behaviour, or invalid KYC details.
Commissions linked to invalid, fraudulent, or suspicious orders may be reversed.
8. Legal
These terms follow the laws of India.
Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana.
